This store is operated by Party Parade. References to "we" and "us" mean Party Parade.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include our margin and handling. Shipping is charged separately at a flat $5.99 per order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

We describe every item using the measurements and materials supplied to us. Colours can vary between screens and between production batches. Decorative items are not toys unless the listing says so, and party props are intended for adult supervision.

Delivery times on our shipping policy are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your return rights are set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to resell our content. Store text and photography may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
