Every item is scored before it goes on the site: what it costs to land in the US, whether it can be sold at a fair price, how long it takes to arrive, and whether it actually fits what this store is about. Items that fail any of those do not get listed.

Most items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. We ship directly from the warehouse rather than holding stock, which is why delivery takes 5-11 business days instead of two - and why we can charge a flat $5.99 no matter how much you order.

If you are buying for a fixed date, give yourself three weeks. We would rather say that plainly than promise something we cannot hold to.

Damaged, wrong or missing items are our problem, not yours. Send a photo and we replace it or refund you - see our returns policy for the detail.
