The questions we get asked most, answered plainly.
How long will my order take?
1-3 business days to prepare, then 5-11 business days in transit. If you are buying for a specific date, order at least three weeks ahead - especially in October and December.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.99 per order to anywhere in the United States, however many items you buy. Buying several things together costs the same to ship as buying one.
Where do orders ship from?
Most items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. That keeps prices down but means delivery is not next-day.
Can I return something?
Yes - within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. If an item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the return and you keep your shipping charge. Full detail is on our returns page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch - usually the first 1-3 business days. Message us with your order number as soon as you can.
How do I track my parcel?
You get a confirmation email immediately, then a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show its first scan - that is normal.
What payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Are the balloons inflated?
No. Balloons and inflatable props arrive flat so they survive the journey. Foil balloons need a pump or helium; latex balloons can be blown up by hand.
