Privacy policy

When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, and the contents of your order. When you browse: the pages you visit and basic technical information such as your browser type, used to keep the site working.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor.

To take payment, to deliver your order, to email you about that order, and to handle returns. We also keep order records for accounting and tax purposes as required by law.

Stripe processes your payment. Our fulfilment supplier receives your name and delivery address so the parcel can be shipped to you - this is unavoidable, because items ship directly from the warehouse. Our email provider sends your order confirmation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function: keeping your cart, remembering your region, and keeping you signed in. These cannot be turned off without breaking checkout.

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer process a return on a past order.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
