Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order to anywhere in the United States, no matter how many items you buy. The rate is shown before you pay.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days, then take 5-11 business days in transit. Together that is usually under two weeks from order to doorstep.

Most items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. Customs processing can add a few days during seasonal peaks and major holiday periods. If your order passes 20 business days without arriving, contact us and we will resolve it.

You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 2-3 days to start showing scans.

Items in one order ship together in a single parcel whenever possible. If something is delayed, we may split the shipment at no extra cost to you.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Import duties are not charged separately on the orders we ship.
