A black velvet cape for wizard, witch, or prince costumes, Halloween, and general stage wear. It is cut unisex and sized for wearers under 17. Velvet has a soft pile with a low sheen, so the cape catches stage and party lighting and swings with the wearer as they move. Material: velvet, main composition polyester. Size and fit: this is the 70 cm (27.6 in) length, measured excluding a hat. Asian sizing runs 1 to 2 sizes smaller than European and American sizing, so keep that in mind when comparing with garments you already own. Allow a tolerance of 1-3 cm (0.4-1.2 in), plus a further 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 in) of variation from hand measuring. Care: hand wash in cold water, do not bleach, hang to dry, and press on low heat with a cloth placed between the iron and the pile to protect the velvet. In the box: 1 cape.
